We have excellent closed die forging manufacturing facility equipped with in-house tool room, heat treatment, laboratory and machine shop with CNC & VMC capabilities.
Forge Shop
Our forging facilities consists of Belt Drop Hammer from 0.5 Ton, 0.8 Ton, 1 Ton 1.5 Ton, 5 Ton hydraulic hammer, Mechanical Presses 1000 Ton, 1600 T & 2500 Ton, Reduce Roll facility 4 Reduce roll machines. We are having IBH 180Kw, 100Kw, 150Kw, 350Kw, 450Kw, 750Kw & 800Kw , 4 Circular Saw up to 100mm dia, Billet shearing Belt Drop Hammer from 0.5 Ton , 0.8Ton,1Ton 1.5 Ton, Capacity – 1500T/Month.
Heat Treatment
A complete heat treatment solution, including Continuous Hardening & Tempering, ISO annealing, Normalizing etc. A variety of Hardness Testing machines are available to ensure proper heat treatment at every stage.
Machine Shop
We have skilled machinists and full-service machine shops provide the quality, specialized products you require. Our machine shop contains CNC & Conventional machines, Cyl. Grinding Machines, Dynamic Balancing machine, CNC / VMC machines, CNC turning centers, VMC Machines to machine any style of flange or custom forging.
